Liberis is building the embedded finance platform that lets partners around the world offer innovative funding products to their small business customers. Our Salesforce team owns and evolves the Salesforce platform behind how Liberis acquires, onboards, and supports merchants and partners across 15 markets. The Salesforce Engineering Lead is a people leader role that stays hands-on. You'll own the technical direction of your team's part of the Salesforce org and the growth of the people in it.
Responsibilities
Own the technical direction and quality of your team's part of the Salesforce org: object model, security and sharing, automation, and integrations; Make or guide architecture decisions with clear reasoning about the trade-offs; Stay close enough to the code to review it credibly, help with the hard problems, and lead incident response when something breaks; Hold the line on engineering practice: CI/CD, Salesforce DX, testing, code review, and release management; Set goals, give feedback, and support career development for developers and admins at different levels; Build a team environment where people can grow and where feedback runs both ways; Work directly with sales, operations, and other customer-facing teams to understand how they work and where Salesforce can do more for them; Partner with other engineering teams to coordinate integrations and provide best-practice guidance on using Salesforce APIs; Act as a strategic advisor, not just an order-taker: help teams rethink a process, not just build what they first asked for; Contribute to the Salesforce roadmap and make sure changes are scalable and lined up with the wider business; Own platform health: security, data quality, and governance; Drive adoption of automation, including AI-driven automation, that cuts cost to serve without cutting quality; Represent your team's technical view in cross-team and leadership discussionsRequirements
Proven success in a Salesforce development role, including time spent owning architecture decisions rather than just implementing them; Deep command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL, plus confident declarative configuration: Flow, object modelling, validation rules, security and sharing; Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and platform events; Some experience leading, mentoring, or managing other developers or admins, even informally, and a genuine interest in doing more of it; A track record of improving sales or operations processes, not just maintaining what's already there; Comfortable working directly with sales, operations, and other non-technical stakeholders: understanding what they need, challenging assumptions, and explaining trade-offs in plain terms; Familiarity with version control (we use GitHub), CI/CD, and Salesforce DXNice to have
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification, or clearly working towards one; Broader tooling perspective: experience with related platforms such as Braze, Zendesk, or marketing and workflow automation tools; Experience in a technology company, ideally in or around embedded finance or fintech; Experience working within and across software engineering teams, not just inside a Salesforce silo; A strong interest in AI-driven automation and where it can reduce manual work and cost to serveSo bewerben Sie sich
