Responsibilities

Help guests identify the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.; Deliver a personalized luxury sales experience while demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and performance.; Conduct professional test drives and maintain strong Land Rover product knowledge.; Guide guests through the purchase process while providing a transparent, customer-focused experience.; Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, referrals, and repeat business.; Achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

2–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred.; Strong communication and relationship-building skills.; Customer-focused, competitive, and motivated to achieve sales goals.; Previous experience in a commission- or quota-driven sales environment.; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven luxury retail environment.; High school diploma or equivalent.; Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.; All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.; All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug testing.
