Samsung Field Sales Manager - Bilingual

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Bilingual Retail Field Sales Manager. Samsung is seeking a Retail Field Sales Manager to join the Field Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be a brand advocate for Samsung and its product ecosystem. This position is responsible for driving brand awareness through merchandising excellence, conducting product training to build product knowledge, and improving shoppers' purchase journey to drive sell-out results. This role will support multiple retail channels to execute business needs.

Responsibilities

Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering a positive image of Samsung through professional conduct, product expertise, and customer engagement; Develop and maintain a structured schedule to optimize productivity and store visits across multiple channel locations; Follow established store visit protocols and company policies; Implement cluster routing strategies to streamline travel and enhance territory coverage; Serve as an expert on Samsung mobile products and the ecosystem, demonstrating key features and benefits; Oversee merchandising of Samsung displays, ensuring adherence to brand standards, letter mark guidelines, and visual presentation requirements; Conduct training sessions for retail sales associates on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem; Take responsibility for achieving KPIs and driving unit sell-out; Build and maintain relationships with retail store managers; Drive execution of field initiatives through daily store visits

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage; Ability to travel throughout assigned market, including occasional overnight stays; Willingness to travel within the continental U.S. up to two (2) times per year; Valid REAL ID (or other TSA-approved identification) for domestic air travel; 4+ years' experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays; High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of directly related experience; Daily travel required, may include overnight stays; Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or within a 5-mile radius of the outermost store; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar systems; Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently; Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle time-sensitive and confidential business information; Ability to adjust and pivot in a dynamic environment; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Professional image and demeanor in all interactions

Nice to have

Bilingual (preferred); Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), or equivalent work experience; Expert knowledge of Samsung mobile products and ecosystem
