Responsibilities

As a SAP Consultant - Team Lead you will:; Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants in a specific module (FI, CO, SD, MM, PS, PM, etc.).; Manage SAP implementations, rollouts, and optimization projects .; Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and provide strategic SAP solutions.; Oversee system configurations, customizations, and integrations .; Ensure SAP best practices are followed, enhancing system efficiency and performance.; Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.; Provide guidance on SAP S/4HANA transformations and cloud migrations .

Requirements

What would make you a fit for the role:; 8+ years of experience in SAP consulting across various modules.; Proven experience in leading SAP teams or projects .; Strong expertise in SAP configuration, customization, and implementation .; Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other systems .; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.; Ability to manage stakeholders, deadlines, and project deliverables .; Availability to travel if needed.
