SAP PS Consultant for Application support and Maintenance

- SAP Project System (PS) R/3 & S/4 certification.

- ITIL process knowledge

Responsibilities

Consultant expected to have basic understanding of ITIL framework to collaborate and handle with end-user issues / tickets raised via SMT/ ITSM.D(Service Now) tool; Excellent problem-solving, consulting and decision-making skills.; Handling incident, problem tickets, service requests in SAP PS module.; Good communication and interpersonal skills.; Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

B.E/B.TECH/MBA; 4+ years in SAP PS consulting

Master data setup (WBS elements, networks, standard networks, and project profiles).; Project planning methods (cost planning, revenue planning, scheduling, and capacity requirements).; Budgeting processes (release, supplement, return, and availability control).; Project execution (progress analysis, milestone tracking, and confirmation).; Project closing procedures (settlement, technical completion, and business closure).; ServiceNow knowledge
