Responsibilities

Perform detailed design of all the requirements for the physical separation, with a focus on the Compensation Module using a clone and clean approach.; During the Build phase, perform all necessary configuration activities.; Autonomously organize, manage, and execute the required project testing (Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests).; Prepare cut-over activities and deploy the changes to Production.; Manage all project documentation (Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manual, Workbooks, End User Training materials, and all types of Testing Documentation).; Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions.

Requirements

+ 3/4 years' experience as a SAP SF Performance and Goals Consultant with knowledge of Succession and Development; Soft Skills valued: Flexibility, Adaptability, Agility, Customer Orientation, Proactivity, Autonomy, Organization.; Fluency in English (+ B2 - mandatory)
