Support SAP SuccessFactors initiatives with a focus on Learning and/or Recruiting solutions. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, support HR process design, and contribute to system configuration and optimization activities.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes.; Support the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.; Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Learning to meet organizational requirements.; Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.; Provide consulting and/or support services for SAP SuccessFactors environments.; Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

Requirements

Previous experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting or support.; Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation and administration.; Experience configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Learning.; Ability to gather requirements and design HR-related processes.; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.; Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
