Security Concierge

Titan Security Group is hiring Security Concierge Officers to work at a commercial office building in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to ensure facility safety; Conduct patrols and inspections to detect hazards or suspicious activity; Enforce property access policies and verify identification for visitors and contractors; Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and coordinate with first responders; Document all activities, incidents, and maintenance issues accurately; Provide customer service and assist with directions, inquiries, and building information

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check; Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; Must be able to obtain a security guard card in the state of Ohio; Must meet physical essential functions of the job (lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather); Previous security experience or High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Must be able to stand for extended periods; Must be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs; Must be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather
