Security Officer I (3rd Shift)

We are looking for a security professional who can deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety of internal and external customers. Our Protection Services officers provide around-the-clock security services at our facilities, 7 days a week. As part of the Protection Services Department, you'll manage the security needs of Amway's most valuable assets, our people. Shift: 3rd Shift (10 hr shifts with rotating schedule). Department / Division: Protection Services / HR. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety of internal and external customers; Act as first responder whenever a health or safety situation is reported; Provide access control at security gates; Walk security routes; Provide emergency vehicle assistance to employees; Acquire medical response certification after joining; Run the Security desk and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; Valid State Driver's License; Passion to deliver a high level of customer service; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Team player approach demonstrating enthusiasm and a positive attitude; Flexibility to work different schedules, shifts and locations; Report writing; Communication; Problem-solving; Conflict Management; Time Management; Decision Making
