We're industry-only: every workflow, integration, and agent we hire is built around property management specifically, not bolted on from a generalist platform. As we push more of that platform toward AI-led automation and self-serve tools, the software our own Shared Services team works in every day has to keep pace, that's this role.

What This Role Is About

We are hiring a Senior Accountant Team Lead to join our centralized team.

Responsibilities

Performs, monitors, and/or manages the day-to-day accounting and month end close functions. Records financial transactions.; Prepares, reviews, and distributes financial reports.; Prepares reconciliations, roll forwards, and financial analysis.; Prepares budgets, forecasts, trend analysis, and fluctuation commentary.; Complies with internal controls.; Provides financial reporting and analysis to internal and external business partners.; Identifies opportunities and implements process improvements.; Acts as Team Leader including mentoring new hires, leading projects, and resolving issues. Participates in special projects that impact policies and procedures.; Acts as a subject matter expert for specialized accounting areas/systems, including training and trouble shooting in area of expertise.; Owns close sign-off and forecasts, team lead and reviewer duties

Requirements

You’ll be responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.; Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent relevant education and; 4-6 years professional accounting experience preferred; 5-7 years experience leading at least 2 Accountants; Continuing Education (Master in Accountancy, CPA, CMA) preferred but not required; Attention to detail and deadline-oriented; Strong Excel skills Knowledge of GAAP/SFAS; Ability to analyze financial data; Ability to research and report results; Strong customer service skills, leadership skills; Must be residing in the Philippines; Internet speed minimum 30mbps: Needs to be Wired (Buy a dongle if no LAN port); i5 11th Gen or higher; Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher; Minimum of 8 GB RAM; Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background); Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions; Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
