Senior AI Product Manager - B2B SaaS (Martech) - Europe

Responsibilities

Responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the products that the engineering team is building; Leading cross-functional teams with communication from product ideation through to launch; Building a product and strategy which reflects Insider's vision; Articulating the business value to the product team so they understand the intent behind the new product or product release; Defining the release process and coordinating all activities required to bring the product to market; Managing and prioritizing product items; Owning the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas; Continuously benchmarking, monitoring and understanding market needs and requirements, competition, customer/user requirements, and emerging technologies; Defining and analyzing metrics to calculate how features or products are performing, customer satisfaction levels, and providing suggestions for improvements

Requirements

Leadership; Communication; Problem Solving; Teamwork; Listening; Entrepreneurial Spirit; 6+ years of Product Management experience; Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university; Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development; Hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule; Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy, etc.); Experience with model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral; Experience building or iterating on customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms; Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications; Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision; Fluent in English and Turkish

Nice to have

B2B SaaS product experience (preferred); Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
