Senior Analyst - Corrigo Service Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting live data, collecting and gathering data as required by the business or account, and providing in-depth analysis. Beyond technical skills, this role requires the ability to present findings effectively and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. The Senior Data Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead data-related projects from conception to completion; Set project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; Manage resources and budgets for data initiatives; Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed; Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences; Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards; Translate complex data concepts into easy-to-understand insights for stakeholders; Develop and deliver data literacy training to team members and clients; Act as a trusted advisor to business units and accounts; Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decision-making; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven improvements; Extract, collect, and gather data from various sources, including live data streams; Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all platforms; Develop and maintain data pipelines; Implement data governance practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations; Identify data-related issues and determine root causes; Manage data access, including assigning passwords and maintaining database access; Participate in data integration projects and initiatives; Conduct complex data analysis using advanced statistical methods; Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets; Develop predictive models and forecasts to support business objectives; Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by stakeholders; Identify and implement process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting; Evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies; Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the data analytics practice

Requirements

1+ year of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights; Medium to Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI experience is good to have but not required; Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques; Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based analytics platforms; Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
