Xplor is building a high-impact Transformation team to drive strategic change across the business. As Analyst / Senior Analyst, Transformation, you will play a role owning the analysis and executing discrete workstreams — spanning business integration, systems and process modernization, and the practical application of AI across customer-facing functions. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will help bring structure, rigor, and momentum to work that is foundational to Xplor's next phase of growth. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, with the potential for extension. The Transformation team is designed as a proving ground: our hope and intent is that, at the end of the term, you'll move into a functional leadership role elsewhere in the business — bringing the relationships, context, and credibility you've built with you. Many of the skills and the visibility you'll gain here are hard to get anywhere else in the organization. A core thread of this role is helping shape how AI reshapes customer-facing work at Xplor — rethinking how customer support, customer success, and sales operate in an AI-enabled world. You won't just support this shift; you'll help design it. For this position, we're open to remote candidates in Canada, provided you have full working rights for the region.
