Responsibilities

Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.; Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.; Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.; Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.; Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.; May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.; May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.; Data Center experience is a plus but not mandatory

Requirements

A Bachelor Degree in Architecture recognized in Romania is mandatory.; Minimum 2 years of experience in a team environment.; Proven experience in leading project teams or architectural departments.; Good spoken and written English Skills is essential.; Possess an in-depth understanding of relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools.; Take responsibility for architectural decisions and their impact on projects.; Understand and apply various architectural patterns and design principles.; Ability to lead and manage a team of architects and other technical professionals.; Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.; Experience in BIM/REVIT projects.; Passion for detailing and solving problems.; Effectively communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.; Advanced design tools such as Grasshopper/ Dynamo/Scripting would be highly appreciated.; Ability to work under own initiative with established timeframes and a high degree of accuracy.; Willingness and drive to work collaboratively and integrate in a dynamic team focused on developing together and meeting expectations of our International Clients.
