Senior Behavioural / Cultural Analyst

Responsibilities

Leading large-scale mixed methodology insight projects; End-to-end project management: from design to delivery; Working across editorial and consultancy projects; Presenting concise analysis, insights, trends and ideas in inspiring formats; Researching consumer behaviour, trends and shifts using innovative methods; Delivering seamless project coordination; Managing timelines, deliverables and budgets; Working across cultures with potential travel; Leading and mentoring junior team members

Requirements

4+ years experience with blended research methodologies and analysis; Proven commercial consulting experience at project-leading; Ability to generate actionable insights from research; Excellent project management skills; Culturally aware (experience in different cultures is desirable); Commercially astute, and able to pick out the nuances of clients' business challenges; A lateral thinker with an eye for spotting patterns and cultural shifts across industries; Excellent editorial and written skills, and an ability to distil complexity into plain English; Well-organised and proactive; Great client management skills; Curious, collaborative and tenacious; Adept at resolving challenges and being quick at finding smart solutions
