Senior Business Analyst (Mobile Banking)

Fully understanding the customer's needs, to create a project process accordingly; Analyzing the needs of business; Creating and guide various research and test requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile or digital banking projects; Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Cards, Loans, or Accounts; Prior experience in the Digital Banking / FinTech industry; Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban); Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills; Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver work according to deadlines; High Learning Agility capacity; Ability to convey ideas easily; Ability to have professional communication with each stakeholder; Ability to be clear, short, open, and persuasive in all kinds of communication; Ability to detect problems and solve them in the very beginning; Ability to help the team while creating a sustainable product with higher quality; Ability to offer practical solutions; Ability to direct all kinds of technical and non-technical negotiations in a way that results in a positive outcome; Ability to have a good grasp of the team, task, and/or customer issues and collaborate with relevant managers when necessary, and swiftly prevent or resolve these; Ability to act with common sense while solving problems
