Senior Business Controller IT

As a Senior Business Controller IT, you are primarily responsible for steering, creating an overall in-depth insight and decision-making at a strategic level within the domain IT.

What will you do?
You will:

- Act as a strategic sparring partner and countervailing power for IT management and senior leadership.

- Assess and challenge the IT change portfolio and investment agenda from a financial perspective.

- Translate complex IT, change and financial topics into scenarios, management insights and executive decision-making.

- Challenge and steer portfolio performance, cost development, investment decisions and benefits realization.

- Increase financial transparency within IT through clear insight into cost drivers and Activity-Based Costing.

- Strengthen governance and steering frameworks across Finance, IT and Change.

Requirements

What do we ask from you?; Master's degree (WO) in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.; 10–15 years of relevant experience as a Business Controller in a complex corporate environment.; Experience with IT and change portfolios, investment decision-making and business case evaluation.; Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; able to reduce complex issues to their key drivers.; Credible sparring partner for management teams and senior leadership.; Affinity with data analytics, automation and AI.; Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.; What we offer; You’ll also have the chance to make a real impact in the area of sustainability.
