Senior Business Development Representative

Business Development Interns (BDIs) at Braze join the Business Development team, which identifies, understands and helps potential customers build, enhance or transform their customer engagement offering. The internship is a maximum 1 year long program, 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule of a minimum of 3 days in office per week. Advancement potential is available for high performing BDIs, with personalized development plans and coaching.

Learn about the Customer Engagement market and the value of Braze; Learn how to identify target accounts; Experiment with email and phone campaigns; Engage C-suite prospects; Qualify early stage deals; Participate in special projects; Receive mentoring from cross-functional colleagues in Sales, Marketing & Partnerships; Contribute to the team Sales goal

Requirements

Working to complete a Bachelors or Masters Degree in a field complementary to MarTech, Sales, Global business, or have great reasons for wanting to join a leading Customer Engagement platform; Intellectually curious; Self aware/coachable; Strong researcher; Creative; Adaptable; Action orientated; Precise and engaging communicator (written and verbal); Intrinsically motivated; Relentlessly tenacious
