Senior Business Director

Mindshare is a brand of WPP Media, the world's largest media investment company. We are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Director to join us.

Responsibilities

Build a strong rapport with the immediate team; Establish strong relationships with media vendors; Ensure all processes employed by the team are compliant with required standards and guidelines; Independently lead and execute monthly meetings; Identify and implement changes that positively impact buying performance for clients; Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal; Begin developing the skills and capabilities required to progress to the next level; Develop and lead negotiations on behalf of the client; Demonstrate strong selling skills, with the ability to sell media plans and additional internal initiatives to clients

Requirements

10–12 years of experience in media planning/buying and team leadership within a relevant field; Proven experience in driving revenue growth through emerging opportunities and established partnerships; Master’s degree in marketing, Media Sciences, or an equivalent qualification from a reputable business school; A skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefits of marketing opportunities to brands; Strong organizational and numerical skills; Strong negotiation skills; Flexibility and the ability to work effectively under pressure; Ability to manage multiple demands and deliver against challenging deadlines; Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, formally and informally
