Senior Data Analyst

Are you passionate about turning data into insight and driving smarter decisions? We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our international team and support data-driven decision-making across a range of departments, including Digital, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D. This role is key in ensuring our data is accurate, accessible, and effectively visualized to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

Support data-driven decision-making across a range of departments, including Digital, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D; Analyze business requirements and collaborate with Product Owners to identify and deliver the best reporting solutions; Coordinate reporting activities and manage priorities to ensure efficient and timely delivery; Create dashboards and reports that drive business decisions and support cross-functional teams; Work closely with Data Engineers to define data collection, transformation, and management rules; Ensure high data quality and consistency across reports and systems; Document your work and maintain the consistency of the data catalog; Ensure data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR) and proactively identify risks related to unauthorized data use; Collaborate with Data Scientists and support the industrialization of data processes

Requirements

Strong knowledge of database systems and database management (SQL/NoSQL); Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); A proactive mindset and excellent analytical thinking; Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights; Proficiency in English
