We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer specializing in Bridges and Structures to join our Transportation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on global, high-profile projects, leveraging cutting-edge BIM and CAD technologies to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

Design & Modelling

Prepare bridge drawings in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Undertake structural modelling and detailing on global projects using REVIT & AutoCAD.; Develop bridge models in Revit from scratch; Create and edit drawings and sketches in compliance with AECOM standards.; Develop RC intent drawings and modify 3D BIM models for federated model development.; Review and monitor the production of drawings to maintain quality and accuracy.; Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 19650 or COBie.; Maintain regular communication with lead regions, and projects lead to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.; Liaise with team managers to stay informed on project developments.; Provide guidance to the project team, fostering a qualitative and client-focused culture.; Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.; Familiarity with ISO 19650 or COBie standards is highly desirable.

Requirements

Recognized Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.; A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in structural engineering modelling and detailing, with a focus on bridges.; Proven expertise in 3D modelling using tools like Revit Structures and AutoCAD.; Proficiency in ProjectWise, BIM 360/ACC, and other industry-standard tools.; Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction sequencing.; Ability to create custom families and templates to enhance BIM workflows.; Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, with a strong command of technical terminology.
