Senior Developer (C#/.NET)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior .NET Technical Lead to join a high-performing technology team delivering business-critical enterprise applications. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining software engineering, technical design and delivery oversight across a portfolio of strategic technology initiatives. You'll work with modern technologies in a collaborative environment where engineering quality, innovation and continuous improvement are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of scalable .NET applications, APIs and distributed services while remaining hands-on with development; Provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams, mentoring developers and driving engineering best practices; Design robust, resilient solutions using modern architecture principles, messaging technologies and containerised platforms; Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver complex change programmes from design through to production

Requirements

Extensive commercial experience developing applications with C# and the .NET ecosystem, including modern .NET; Proven experience leading development teams or technical workstreams while maintaining a hands-on coding role; Strong understanding of solution architecture, microservices, APIs, event-driven systems and database design
