Senior Ecommerce Manager - International

They are expanding following an exceptional period of growth and are looking to hire an experienced International Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager to play a pivotal role in driving international online performance. This is a newly created opportunity that offers genuine ownership, strategic influence and a clear pathway into leadership as the business continues to scale globally. You will lead the commercial performance of multiple international online stores, ensuring an exceptional customer journey while delivering sustainable revenue growth across key overseas markets.

Responsibilities

Lead the trading performance of international eCommerce websites across multiple territories (primarily the US & Spain); Develop and deliver market-specific trading plans, campaigns and product launches; Optimise customer journeys, merchandising and on-site conversion performance; Partner with marketing, CRM, creative and operations teams to maximise commercial results; Analyse trading data, customer behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

Strong ecommerce trading experience - Commercial trading over content is essential; Commercial and analytical mindset - you will live in the numbers and understand what drives performance day to day; International market experience; Strong understanding of ecommerce strategy; Strong stakeholder management experience

Nice to have

Premium DTC background is highly desired; Ideally team management experience; Experience working in founder-led businesses would be a bonus
