Responsibilities

Job Summary; To ensure smooth execution of back-end, post-sputter processes in compliance to process specification; To carry out engineering studies to improve post-sputter processes.; Essential Duties & Responsibilities; To monitor daily process KPOV and KPIV; To trigger for process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on ad hoc basis; To ensure compliance to operating procedures and process parameters; To carry out evaluations for process improvement; To ensure quality of parts that leave the process and own up any excursions and action items to mitigate the impact and solve the issue.

Requirements

Required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent; Preferred; 2-5 years experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer; Familiar with SPC and Design of Experiments.; Skills; Minitab/JMP , Spotfire or other data analytics tool, SPC, DOE, Problem solving
