Responsibilities

Provide technical support and engineering solutions to improve productivity, quality, cost, and process efficiency.; Lead automation and process improvement projects from opportunity identification through development, validation, and deployment.; Develop automation solutions to reduce manual work, improve process stability, and minimize human error.; Monitor yield, process performance, capacity, and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.; Lead problem solving and root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.; Develop and maintain process instructions and standards to ensure consistent operations.; Evaluate project effectiveness based on productivity, quality, cost, capacity, and process performance.; Supervise and provide technical guidance to technicians and team members.; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects and resolve manufacturing issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.; 0–2 years of engineering experience, new graduates are welcome.; Technical Skills; Proficient in computer applications and able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.; Basic skills in project management, process improvement, problem solving, and innovation.; Core Competencies; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.; Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of automation and robotic technologies.; Familiarity with FMEA, 8D/problem-solving methodologies, Quality Control, ESD, and contamination control.; Basic knowledge of manufacturing, HDD business, and test processes.; Knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI), Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and QCC.
