Senior Financial Planning Associate

Responsibilities

Shadow Senior and Lead Planners to build deep expertise in financial planning, investments, and tax strategy; Manage the Planning Team inbox, triaging member questions, routing complex inquiries to Senior Planners, and independently resolving straightforward requests with professionalism and care; Guide new members through the onboarding process, validating financial data and ensuring accuracy of client information; Conduct initial investment plan reviews, developing your analytical skills while supporting the broader planning team; Own outreach to inactive members to re-engage and maintain strong member relationships

Requirements

Working toward or holding a CFP® designation; 1+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a client services role; Strong organizational skills and clear, professional written communication; Comfort with financial services technology and an appetite to learn new tools; Enthusiasm for fintech and an interest in how technology is reshaping the future of wealth management; Willingness to relocate to McLean, VA if not currently located in the area
