Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

Prepare consolidated financial statements including footnotes to financial statements and other disclosures; Prepare and review of financial reports and filings with the SEC and other regulatory bodies; Prepare and review annual subsidiary-level financial statements and related audit support; Assist with the preparation and review of internal and external audit requests; Assist with earnings releases and other external communications; Participate in research pertaining to US GAAP and SEC regulatory requirements; Prepare reports and materials for distribution to executive management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; 3-5 years of experience at a public accounting firm and/or at a publicly traded firm; Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, and internal controls; CPA required; Experience with general ledger/consolidations software’s; Experience with business intelligence tools
