Senior Growth Manager, JAPAC

Verkada is transforming how organizations protect their people and places with an integrated, privacy-sensitive AI-powered platform. As Senior Growth Manager, you’ll lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s product suite, build scalable demand generation programs, and work closely with the JAPAC leadership team to shape and scale go-to-market strategy. This is a highly visible, high-autonomy role that offers the opportunity to directly influence Verkada’s growth in one of its most rapidly expanding regions.

Responsibilities

Lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s product suite; Build highly scalable demand generation programs and work closely with the JAPAC leadership team; Own the outbound pipeline engine for JAPAC; Expand AI-SDR program, scale signal mining workflows, and stress-test new outbound channels; Design and own scalable infrastructure and automated frameworks; Own data strategy for audience segmentation and intent signal identification; Manage campaigns across full lifecycle; Work closely with internal teams across data science, MDRs, marketing operations, product marketing, and sales; Track and analyze key campaign metrics and communicate insights

Requirements

8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, biz ops, strategic consulting; Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams; Proficiency in data analysis; Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance; Must be independently authorised to work in Australia

Nice to have

High growth startup experience; Knowledge of SQL and Google Sheets or Excel; Content creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth; Experience as first marketer at a startup or from an adjacent technical role such as BizOps or Strategy
