Senior Housekeeper

Tangerine Leisure is part of the ambitious and fast-growing Tangerine Group. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Housekeeper to join our luxury hospitality team, supporting the stunning Aynsome Manor Hotel and Cark Manor Estate. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring all guest, public and staff areas are presented to the highest possible standards. You'll play a key role in creating outstanding guest experiences, leading by example, supervising housekeeping operations, and maintaining the impeccable presentation expected within a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure all guest rooms, public areas and staff facilities are maintained to exceptional standards; Lead and support housekeeping teams across both Aynsome Manor and Cark Manor; Assist with the training and development of new team members; Manage housekeeping supplies, stock control and ordering requirements; Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved; Act as the main point of contact for housekeeping-related queries; Work closely with management, suppliers and the local community; Support health, safety and compliance standards across both properties; Provide weekly operational updates regarding housekeeping requirements and property presentation

Requirements

Has previous housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience within hospitality; Possesses exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in delivering outstanding standards; Has a luxury service mindset and understands the importance of guest experience; Is highly organised with excellent time management skills; Can motivate, mentor and lead others effectively; Communicates confidently with colleagues, guests and management; Remains calm under pressure and adapts to changing operational demands; Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and integrity at all times; Has knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards within hospitality environments
