We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (12 Month FTC) to shape people strategy and drive meaningful outcomes at Easygo, a crew surpassing 1,500 globally, powering Stake and KICK, two of the world's largest online entertainment and livestreaming platforms. You'll partner with senior leaders across some of our most technical and innovative teams, close to where fast-moving decisions get made. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity at our Melbourne office.

Responsibilities

Build deep business context for your portfolio and be a trusted advisor to leaders and their teams; Co-create people plans with your leaders, grounded in data, that set out the problems to solve and opportunities to chase; Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, talent strategy and performance, helping build effective team structures and leadership capability as the business scales; Use data and insights to diagnose root causes, coach leaders and orchestrate delivery through the right centres of excellence; Lead the delivery of cyclical people programs across your portfolio, so every area gets a consistent experience; Make cyclical programs count as real data and feedback loops, not compliance checkboxes; Work with centres of excellence to keep improving how these programs run; Give pragmatic guidance on ER matters, from performance management to separations, keeping outcomes fair and compliant; Coach leaders to handle people matters themselves, reducing day-to-day reliance on HR over time; Lead formal investigations and complex ER matters end to end; Spot patterns in ER activity and surface systemic risks to leadership with recommended fixes

Requirements

Proven senior partnering experience, owning and delivering business outcomes through a people lens; A track record of coaching and influencing senior leaders, holding a position and landing tough messages without losing the relationship; Building and executing people plans grounded in data and measurable against commercial outcomes; Managing the full spectrum of ER matters, from performance management to complex separations, across Australian employment law; Leading cyclical people programs like performance cycles, remuneration reviews and workforce planning, on time and to a high standard; Strong commercial acumen and data literacy, talking business numbers first and turning workforce insights into a compelling story; Experience partnering with leaders across technical, product or similarly complex business functions, with an understanding of the workforce challenges, talent dynamics and organisational structures that support high-performing teams

Nice to have

Experience across centres of excellence, knowing what TA, L&D, Reward, Talent, Work Ex, Internal Comms and People Ops do and how to orchestrate them; Familiarity with people tech platforms, engagement and performance tools; Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

Benefits

Ballots for major sporting and music events; Time with partners and ambassadors, and exclusive office sessions with leading streamers, creators and industry guests; Spin the Wheel Fridays on your birthday and work anniversary, with prizes up to $1,000 or a car; EV subscriptions, energy savings through Origin, and everyday discounts and cash back through Paylab Rewards; The ultimate sandbox: 1 in 3 of our people level up their role every year; Market-synced pay and a high-value referral bonus; 30 days combined annual and personal leave for full-time employees; 18 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers and 2 weeks for secondary carers, plus a 12-week return to work with fully paid Fridays off; Employee Assistance Program for you and your family, and 7% off Bupa health cover with extras waiting periods waived; Wednesday massages, a meditation space, parenting facilities, and bike storage, lockers and showers for active commuters; Daily catered breakfast, free barista coffee, juices and smoothies, and snack walls and drink fridges on every floor; Pool tables, table tennis, gaming consoles, an F1 simulator, social sports teams and the Corporate Games; Mid-year and end-of-year celebrations, team budgets for wins and milestones, and a paid volunteer day each year
