Senior IT Project Manager

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will support an IT delivery team, managing small projects and cross-system Change Requests involving multiple technology areas. The role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver results in complex and evolving environments.

- Previous experience in projects delivered in collaboration with the organization identified in the original brief.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver small IT projects, defining scope, required resources, team organisation and timelines.; Manage the full lifecycle of cross-system Change Requests, from analysis and planning through execution, testing and delivery.; Assess technical and functional impacts and coordinate alignment across the teams involved.; Monitor risks, issues and outstanding actions, maintaining an accurate view of project status.; Support ongoing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.; Promote good IT governance and Change Management practices.; Follow established project management standards and templates.; Provide constructive feedback and contribute to team improvement.

Requirements

At least 6 years of project management experience.; Solid knowledge of Information Systems management.; High proficiency in managing system implementation processes with strong integration with market middleware.; Knowledge of Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint, Jira and Power BI.; Strong organisation, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.; Ability to work autonomously and manage complex and stressful situations.; Results orientation, critical thinking, flexibility and a continuous improvement mindset.; Willingness to learn.; Portuguese proficiency.; Fluency in spoken and written English.; Spoken and written Spanish is valued.
