Senior IT Project Technician | Technicien·ne sénior·e Projets IT

Reporting to the IT Project Team lead, the role sits in the Innovation team and works with production and the IT team to find, plan, and deploy software across the studio at scale. The role focuses on bringing in new hardware, software, and ways of working, deciding what is worth adopting, and building solutions that prevent support tickets from being created. Behaviour Interactive is a Montreal-headquartered independent video game studio with over 1200 employees and studios in Toronto, Rotterdam, and the UK.

Responsibilities

Design, test, and maintain deployment packages for software, drivers, and configurations across the desktop environment; Own the Microsoft Intune environment, covering device provisioning, compliance policies, application deployment, and reporting; Build scripts and lightweight tools that remove repetition from desktop support (onboarding, patching, software updates); Identify friction in support workflows and co-develop fixes with IT technicians that measurably improve speed and reliability; Document what is built and deliver hands-on training and clear deployment and automation procedures; Keep everything aligned with security and compliance requirements and advise on Microsoft endpoint ecosystem adoption decisions

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in desktop support, endpoint management, or IT operations; Strong hands-on Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager administration including compliance policies, application creation/deployment, provisioning, and reporting; Real scripting ability in PowerShell to automate a workflow end to end; Application packaging and deployment experience with tools such as PDQ Deploy, Ivanti, or SCCM, along with solid Windows OS deployment and imaging knowledge; Working knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365; Experience operating inside an ITSM platform like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
