1. Advanced Planning Execution

- Own production and material planning for assigned value streams
- Ensure supplier delivery performance and raw material availability
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels (RM, WIP, consignment stock)
- Secure production plan adherence and minimize premium freight
- Identify structural planning gaps and drive corrective actions

2. Project & System Leadership (Strategic Role)

- Act as key user and project lead for SAP S/4HANA (LOP / LOM modules)
- Lead logistics-related digital transformation projects
- Define target processes aligned with Bosch standards and BPS principles
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Production, Purchasing, IT, Finance)
- Manage project scope, timeline, risk, and milestone governance
- Ensure data integrity, process standardization, and sustainable system adoption

3. Continuous Improvement & Governance

- Drive planning process optimization through PDCA and BPS
- Develop KPI transparency and reporting structure
- Lead improvement task forces when structural issues arise
- Support logistics strategy and system roadmap of the plant

- Supplier OTD
- Inventory performance (coverage / turnover)
- Production plan fulfillment (BTS)
- Premium freight reduction
- Successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA milestones
- Process standardization & data accuracy

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field); Minimum 5 years in production and material planning; Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects; Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred); Experience in logistics/warehouse system implementation is a strong advantage; Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes; Strong analytical and problem-solving capability; Structured project management skills; Strong system thinking and process design capability; High ownership mindset and result orientation; Ability to work under pressure and manage complexity; Fluent English; expert in planning execution; Future digital transformation driver in logistics
