Lead end-to-end logistics operations including inbound, outbound, warehouse, and third-party providers. Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, process optimization, and regulatory compliance across all logistics functions.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound/outbound and warehouse operations, ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy; Oversee import/export operations and customs compliance; Monitor 3PL performance and SLA adherence; Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, automation, digitalization); Develop and control logistics budget, deliver cost savings without compromising service levels; Define, monitor, and report on logistics KPIs, implement corrective actions; Lead and develop high-performing logistics teams; Identify operational risks and develop mitigation plans (BCP); Drive ESG and sustainability initiatives in logistics operations; Champion AI and automation adoption across logistics workflows

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Minimum 5+ years in logistics operations, customs regulations, warehouse management, or supply chain
