Senior Manager, Transformation

Role Overview: The Senior Manager of Transformation is a high-impact leadership role responsible for executing large-scale, enterprise-wide change initiatives, aligning business strategy, technology, and culture to drive growth and efficiency. With a primary focus on the pillars within Business Operations, you would oversee cross-functional projects, and ensure sustainable, measurable value creation. You will serve as a vanguard of change, merging operational excellence with cutting-edge technology to streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and accelerate critical business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Executing large-scale, enterprise-wide change initiatives, aligning business strategy, technology, and culture; Overseeing cross-functional projects and ensuring sustainable, measurable value creation; Defining and executing transformation roadmap aligned with global growth objectives; Leading high-priority programs (Opportunity to Order, P2P Modernization, Parkplace Transformation); Managing Transformation project manager; Mapping complex process flows and redesigning workflows for efficiency; Driving implementation of AI-driven solutions and self-service tools; Maximizing ROI on existing tech stack; Utilizing data-focused approach to ensure initiatives deliver impact; Establishing and monitoring KPIs; Facilitating Final Go/No-Go sign-offs for major programs; Acting as collaborative partner to executive leadership; Overseeing comprehensive change management efforts including employee communications and enablement

Requirements

5-8+ years of progressive experience in project management, strategy development or business transformation; Deep understanding of Cybersecurity Operations, IT, digital trends, change management and strategic planning; Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce/CPQ), AI capabilities, and transformation tracking tools like Jira; Highly effective data presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence executive leadership and technical teams; Experience motivating cross-functional teams and managing external vendors or contract workers
