Senior People Partner

We’re looking for a Senior People Partner who is energized by developing leaders and building high-performing teams — someone who views talent development as a strategic lever, not a program to manage. This is not a traditional HRBP role. You’ll be embedded in the business, operating as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders in your assigned divisions, and you’ll own the outcomes — not just the process.

Responsibilities

Serve as the embedded People Partner for Revenue and Customer leaders; Coach leaders through performance, conduct, development, and retention decisions; Drive performance management, calibration, succession planning, and talent development initiatives; Use engagement data, attrition signals, and pattern recognition to assess team health and performance gaps; Lead through friction and coach leaders to address people's issues early and decisively; Partner with TA, L&D, and Total Rewards on hiring strategy, onboarding, workforce planning, and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

Talent Development & Leadership Coaching; Executive Presence & High EQ; High Agency & Change Leadership; Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technology Fluency; 6–8+ years in a strategic talent role within a high-growth or technology environment; proven experience partnering with revenue and/or customer teams in a SaaS context; experience owning senior stakeholder relationships

Nice to have

Background in sales enablement; talent management; organizational development; executive coaching; or a strategic leadership role where developing others was central to the work
