Senior Practice Leader, Developer Platform for Professional Services, APAC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Global Practice Leader for our product portfolio: Developer Platform, Professional services to join our growing team. You will take the lead to build a global practice of practitioners that can realise business outcomes for customers primarily through the capabilities within the Cloudflare developer platform.

Responsibilities

Act as a product manager of professional services specifically for the Developer Platform; Prioritize and execute on building offerings based on alignment with strategic vision; Review information gathered by PS Leaders and other Practice Leaders to understand offering value propositions; Execute on building PS offerings based on direction from Leadership; Build sales collateral, scoping guidelines, project plans, delivery kits/accelerators; Lead effort to create and maintain selling and delivery enablement; Create fixed outcome service offerings that are in-line with quick wins; Focus on a-la-carte add-on services and packaged services targeting different customer profiles (Mid-Market, Enterprise, Digital Natives, Verticals); Demonstrate good communication skills across the PS organization, Customer Engineering Teams and GTM leaders for the Developer Platform product portfolio; Own and launch internal and external marketing campaigns about new or improved offerings; Drive the team's comprehensive understanding of Cloudflare's Developer Platform and capabilities, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Minimum of 8 years of experience in professional services, practice architecture or leadership roles, or a developer oriented customer-facing role; Strong understanding of the professional services landscape, including both internal and partner-provided services; Strong understanding of development platforms and frameworks and how they can benefit customers, including translating business challenges into a developer platform based solution or partial solution; Ability to quickly prototype potential solutions for customers and guide migration from prototype to robust business critical applications/solutions; Demonstrable desire to educate fellow professional services staff on leveraging developer platform capabilities, including Zero Trust Networking and Application services; Excellent prior work experience as a Product Manager, Practice Manager or Architect; Knowledge and familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle; Demonstrated progressive relevant experience defining, developing, and executing training strategies, operations and action plans; Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to customer and professional services audiences; Proven ability to effectively interact with and influence senior executives and team members; Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Experienced in giving and receiving constructive feedback; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment; Good understanding of how the Internet works, Networking and Security, Zero Trust Services/SASE, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS, APIs and related technologies; Fluency in English (written and oral); Hands-on experience implementing and managing CDN, DDoS protection, WAF, load balancing, and other related solutions for clients across various industries; Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated development tools; Limited travel expected, including in-person attendance at the 6 monthly PS leadership meetings in Lisbon and/or Austin, and some customer travel within Australia

Experience with Jira and Salesforce (or similar CRM tool); Fluency in one or more additional regional languages
