Senior Product Manager 🇫🇷

Pennylane aims to become the most beloved financial Operating System of French SMEs and Accounting Firms. As a Product Manager, you’ll be part of a 100+ people Product organisation, supported by an engineering team of more than 300 people. You’ll spend extensive time discovering users and their pain points, define OKRs and roadmaps, and work hand in hand with a Product Designer and Product-centered engineers.

Responsibilities

Discover users and their pain points through interviews, user research, and data; Define OKRs and roadmaps based on insights and company objectives; Work hand in hand with a Product Designer and Product-centered engineers, starting with MVP approach and iterating on solutions

Requirements

Strong user research skills and product sense; Strong and structured communication skills; Ability to navigate and simplify complex problems; Hands-on and willing to step outside the traditional product role; Past experience in Product management at a scale-up or large tech company; Curiosity about accounting; Comfort with complexity

Nice to have

Product management experience in a company with a strong product culture; Experience working with accounting
