Senior Product Manager 🇩🇪

Pennylane is one of the fastest growing Fintechs in France, aiming to become the most beloved financial Operating System of French SMEs and Accounting Firms. As a Product Manager, you'll be part of a 100+ people Product organisation supported by an engineering team of more than 300 people. You'll spend time discovering users and their pain points, define OKRs and roadmaps, and work hand in hand with a Product Designer and product-centered engineers.

Responsibilities

Continuously discovering users and their pain points; Conducting user interviews and user research; Gathering insights from data platform; Defining OKRs and roadmaps; Working hand in hand with Product Designer and product-centered engineers; Starting with small steps (MVP approach) and following up on implementation and iterations; Sharing learnings and best practices; Mentoring and recruiting new PMs; Leading projects and implementing new processes, tools and best practices

Requirements

Full fluency in German; Strong user research skills and Product sense; Strong and structured communication skills; Ability to navigate and simplify complex problems; Hands-on approach; Past experience in Product management at a scale up or large tech company; Curiosity about accounting and comfort with complexity
