Senior Product Manager

Mendaera is developing technology that will enable all healthcare providers to do more for their patients. Our platform combines real-time imaging, robotics, and artificial intelligence to make precise and consistent intervention more accessible. Our aim is to eliminate barriers in the patient journey, accelerate recovery, delight customers, and reduce cost of care. As a Senior Product Manager, you are expected to help drive the strategic direction for our pipeline offerings, and usher high-impact solutions from inception to commercial reality.

Responsibilities

Help drive the strategic direction for pipeline offerings; usher high-impact solutions from inception to commercial reality; help ensure the platform is capable, delightful, and accessible; immerse yourself in the clinical context via conducting market analysis, customer and stakeholder interviews, ethnographic studies, and user testing; develop deep clinical understanding of clinical environments and procedures; become an expert on the product, helping define and refine the product roadmap; partner with commercial and engineering teams to translate user and business requirements into technical specifications and manage trade offs during development; define and track success metrics across entire product development lifecycle; travel for user engagements

Requirements

2 to 5+ years of Product Management experience or similar; technical product manager with a "founder" mindset; proven track record of collaborating with engineers and customers, translating high-level objectives into concrete technical realities; High-EQ Leadership: emotional intelligence to build trust across diverse teams; Strategic Autonomy: self-motivated and independent with a sharp analytical mind; Articulate Storyteller: top-tier written and verbal communication; Startup Versatility: thrives in a small-team environment; builder who views ambiguity as a blank canvas; ability to zoom out to design high-level strategic frameworks and zoom in to ensure every detail is flawless; systems thinker; proactive problem-solver who obsesses over the "why" as much as the "how"; technically-adept individual who thrives on solving the impossible through structured product thinking; ready to travel for user engagements
