Senior Product Manager

GoGuardian's New Products team operates like a startup inside the company: a small senior team with its own mandate, its own operating space, and a direct line to leadership. In the last four months the team has shipped two new products into real schools, and there is more on the way. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help drive this portfolio forward.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day product direction across one or more products, including recently launched products: roadmap, prioritization, release decisions, and outcomes; Run beta and pilot programs end to end: recruit and manage pilot schools and districts, structure feedback loops, decide what graduates and what gets cut; Turn usage data, support themes, sales asks, and customer conversations into a ranked, defensible plan; define metrics and instrument what is missing; Ship on a weekly cadence with a senior engineering team and a design partner: crisp written specs and decision memos, fast tradeoff calls; Partner with go-to-market at the right gates (pricing tests, messaging validation, launch readiness) once concepts are validated; Contribute to discovery and validation of new product opportunities

Requirements

5+ years as the decision-making product manager on live software products, including at least one product run after launch through growth; Evidence of independent judgment; Strong writer; Fluent with data; Experiment-minded; Comfortable with both ambiguity and cadence; Calm, decisive, and opinionated, while deeply evidence-driven; Caring about whether schools are safe and engaging places to learn

K-12 or education technology experience is a plus
