Senior Product Manager, Oncology

Lead and manage the therapy selection product family, Northstar Select, working closely with R&D, clinical, engineering, sales, marketing, and company leadership to lead new assay development as well as existing assay enhancements. The role reports directly to the Head of Product, Oncology. The position is hybrid (onsite 3 days/week).

Responsibilities

Understand the market and design a winning product concept; Plan and execute product launch; Own the end-to-end user experience for ordering a test, sending the blood sample, and receiving the result; Program management to get the product to the finish line by mobilizing internal and external resources; Continuous iterations and improvements based on user feedback, key metrics, and market trends

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in product management; Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and product requirements; Experience with launching a product from start to finish; Experience working with diverse teams to gather requirements and rally them to get a complex product launched; Experience with IVD product management

Nice to have

Oncology experience; Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) in molecular biology, bioengineering, medicine, chemical biology, or a related field; Experience with launching and managing NGS-based diagnostic testing assays; Experience with launching and managing clinical genetic testing products
