Senior Product Manager - (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to make the dream a reality. We are visionaries who guide new product ideas. We are setting the vision for our growing family of products. Responsibilities

Define the why, when, and what of products that the engineering team is building; Lead cross-functional teams from product ideation to launch; Build a product and strategy which reflects Insider One’s vision; Clearly articulate the business value to the product team; Define the release process and coordinate all activities required to bring the product to market; Manage and prioritize product items; Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas; Benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, customer/user requirements, and emerging technologies; Define and analyze metrics to calculate feature/product performance and customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements; Create great products that everybody loves

Requirements

Leadership; Communication; Problem Solving; Teamwork; Listening; Entrepreneurial Spirit; 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product; B.S. from a top-tier university, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Previous hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule; Previous hands-on experience in Agile Product Development; Exceptional decision-making and communication skills; Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications; Real passion for detailed feature design and problem-solving; Self-driven, organized entrepreneurial spirit; Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision; Fluency in English
