Senior Product Manager, Shopping Experience

Arbeitsvertrag Vollzeit Remote-Arbeit

Veröffentlichungsdatum: 30.08.2026

As a digitally native company, Minted's Shopping Experience and commerce platform are core to the company's success. Minted's online shopping experience allows consumers to discover, customize, and purchase from an extensive assortment of products and categories, all designed by independent artists around the world. We are driven by creating a customer journey that serves both our artist community and the savvy e-commerce shopper. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy for how customers find and choose products on Minted. Over the next two years, we will be maturing our newly integrated product information management platform, which will give us structured, machine-readable data about our product catalog. The role spans our discovery surfaces (search, browse, category, and product detail) – covering everything from large, structural builds to conversion rate optimization activities, with dependencies running into product data, customization and rendering, checkout, marketing, and SEO/AEO.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously maintain the prioritized list of customer problems across search, browse, category, and product detail; Turn our new product data foundation into customer value on your surfaces: attribute-driven search and browse, dynamic product detail and category pages, and crawlable filtered navigation; Develop the roadmap and initiative scope for your team against the objectives and key results you set with your manager; Shape solutions with engineering and design, holding the business problem and the value case while design holds the experience and engineering holds feasibility and cost; Maintain product briefs that state the assumptions, growth lever, customer problem, success criteria, and instrumentation plan explicitly; Specify the instrumentation plan for everything you ship; Run a high-velocity test program across your surfaces; Connect every experience change to the metric it moves and the margin logic behind it; Monitor e-commerce, retail, and discovery trends, competitive customer experiences, and the movement of product discovery into AI assistants; Partner with teams across product data, customization and rendering, checkout, merchandising, category management, brand, and marketing; Run project kickoffs and read-outs, communicating agreed requirements, scope, and timeline to every team and stakeholder; Prioritize and revise the backlog through delivery, handle scope changes, prepare Customer Service and other affected teams ahead of launch, and complete user acceptance testing on primary paths; Report results against your objectives and KPIs, share insight with stakeholders, and decide how each result reshapes the roadmap

Requirements

Problem-first; Strategic, consumer-centric thinker; Data driven; Realistic about win rates; Systems thinker; Able to create clarity out of ambiguity; Effective without authority; Decisive; Detail-oriented; Curious and gritty; Accountable for your own output, including the parts AI helped produce; Receptive to change; Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping successful consumer e-commerce or direct-to-consumer products and features; 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplaces, or merchandising; Direct experience owning discovery surfaces: search, browse, navigation, category, or product detail pages; Experience running an experimentation program, including designing tests, reading results correctly, and diagnosing measurement and data quality problems; Superb analytical skills and fluency with the tools used to investigate customer behavior; Demonstrated understanding of technology and architecture, and effective partnership with engineering to identify technical solutions based on tradeoffs across user experience, technical debt, latency, scalability, reliability, and time to market; Working fluency with AI tools in your daily product practice; Project management skills: ability to plan, set expectations, make and meet commitments, and provide structure and process to cross-functional teams; Intense commitment to quality of the product and customer experience
