Senior Product Manager - Vault & Secrets

Delinea is seeking a Product Manager to join our Platform team, driving the product roadmap in close collaboration with product owners, designers, and technical writers across the Product Management Group. In this role, you will help refine and execute the vision for Secret Server by partnering with cross-functional teams throughout planning, development, and release. This is a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will regularly engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to shape the future of Delinea products. The ideal candidate will bring tenacity, focus, and creativity to succeed in a dynamic environment where taking initiative is encouraged, guidance is available when needed, and delivering meaningful results is highly valued. This is a remote role, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Product Management.

Responsibilities

Developing tooling that will support on-prem customers in upgrading to the Delinea Platform; Taking ownership of key areas of the roadmap for Secret Server and other PAM capabilities; Working with customers and partners to understand privileged access and credential management challenges and translating needs into product requirements and use cases; Collaborating with engineering and UX to deliver secure, intuitive PAM workflows covering credential vaulting, session management, access approvals, auditing, and reporting; Maintaining and prioritizing a backlog balancing new PAM features, security enhancements, and strategic investments; Contributing to the overall strategy with PM leadership, helping align roadmaps across related product areas; Serving as a product evangelist for PAM solutions supporting sales, marketing, and customer success with messaging, demos, and roadmap updates; Partnering with product marketing on value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market plans for new releases

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience using Agile methodologies in a Product Management/Owner Role, where you worked with customers of all sizes; Experience and understanding of IT Systems (on-prem and cloud); Experience and understanding of cybersecurity concepts; Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts; Experience in building SaaS software; Excellent written, oral, presentation skills, and curious attitude with a desire to collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and other Product Managers

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or similar; Master’s degree; start-up experience as a founder; Experience delivering SaaS solutions; Pragmatic Marketing / Scrum Product Owner Certifications
