Responsibilities

Are you ready to discover the role of a Senior Project Leader in Netcompany?; As a Senior Project Leader , you will:; Act as a trusted advisor to the Contracting Authority, developing realistic project plans aligned with project objectives and the organisation’s overall strategy; Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery and execution of the assigned contract, ensuring compliance with agreed scope, quality, timelines and contractual requirements; Lead and coordinate project teams, allocating resources, reviewing deliverables, supporting team development and ensuring effective day-to-day project execution; Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets and resource requirements, and monitor progress against agreed plans and tolerances; Lead the design, development and implementation of software systems, including interoperability components, in line with user and business requirements; Establish and maintain project, quality and security plans, ensuring compliance with applicable methodologies, ITSM processes and Contracting Authority procedures; Manage project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication, including progress reporting to the Contracting Authority and coordination with eu-LISA programme/project management teams and working groups; Monitor project costs, schedules, resources and risks, proactively addressing deviations, capacity constraints and delivery issues; Manage change control and ensure appropriate training, knowledge transfer and continuous adherence to contractual, quality and security requirements

Requirements

What would make you a fit for the role:; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Minimum of 10 years of experience as Project or Programme Manager; Minimum of 3 years of experience with Agile methodology and team collaboration tools; Strong experience with consultative Project management in the IT software development and quality related areas; Excellent knowledge of business process management, enterprise architecture and project management tools, standards and methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum software development methodologies; Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions; Excellent leadership qualities and ability to chair meetings and to give presentations; Experience with other project management methodology (e.g. PM2, PRINCE2, PMP) will be considered as an asset
