Senior Project Manager Brussels

The Senior Project Manager plans, directs, manages and provides oversight of assigned design and construction projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget. Effectively communicates with key stakeholders, different service lines, technical staff, contractors and management. Provides internal and external coordination and collaboration with project partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Plans, directs, manages and provides oversight of assigned design and construction projects to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget; Effectively communicates with key stakeholders, different service lines, technical staff, contractors and management; Provides internal and external coordination and collaboration with project partners and stakeholders; Creates construction and engineering strategy with Purchases; Establishes and leads project delivery team; Establishes project funding, budgeting and forecasting; Creates construction schedules for space delivery; Ensures technical concurrence for all project deliverables; Manages all project related CSAs and audits; Owns and generates options to find the most cost effective and efficient way to deliver the project scope; Owns and has oversight on scope definition, procurement of consultants and vendors, overseeing project delivery, CQV, close out, punch lists, KPIs; Participates in contractor evaluation, bid analysis reviews and award recommendation; Generates and manages project charter and project funding requests; Owns project communication and reporting, integration amongst team members, issue tracking and resolution, project closeout, and project documentation; Ensures permitting; Owns and leads project change management process; Prepares/implements/administrates PEP; Works with other functions to identify design and construction requirements to align with lease terms; Responsible for completion of site Risk Screen or Overall Risk Assessment; Completes any other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience; Able to know the different ‘best practices’; Adaptable, creative, imaginative, decisive, calm, confident, efficient, organised, hardworking, cooperative, personable and open; Communication and negotiating skills; Team working and collaborative skills; Time management and organisational skills; Analytical and numerical skills; Commercial awareness; Ability to remain calm under pressure; You are fluent in English AND French or Dutch; Team Leadership skillset
