We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Automation QA Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions for our Salesforce platform and integrated enterprise applications.

This role will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, DevOps, and Release teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and custom applications.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for Salesforce applications; Develop automated test scripts for:; Lightning UI; Apex-driven workflows; Salesforce Flows; APIs; Integrations; Validate Salesforce customizations including:; Objects; Validation rules; Process automation; Approval processes; Reports and dashboards; Execute:; Functional testing; Regression testing; Smoke testing; End-to-end testing; Validate:; REST APIs; SOAP APIs; Platform Events; Middleware integrations; Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; Support release validation and deployment testing; Participate in DevOps and release management processes; Ensure quality gates are enforced in deployment pipelines; Create test plans and test strategies; Define automation coverage goals; Improve test reliability and execution speed; Identify opportunities for shift-left testing; Implement reusable automation components; Log, track, and validate defects; Perform root cause analysis; Collaborate with engineering teams on issue resolution; Ensure production stability during releases; Partner with:; Product Owners; Salesforce Architects; Developers

Requirements

Salesforce platform testing; UI and API automation; Test strategy and quality engineering; Agile delivery environments; Enterprise integration testing; Leveraging AI to generate test cases, identify edge cases, analyze test results, and accelerate root cause analysis to improve test design, automation development, and defect analysis.; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of QA automation experience; 4+ years of Salesforce testing experience; Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities; Experience testing Lightning Experience applications; Strong API testing skills; Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Desired Technical Skills; Understanding of Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/ Experience Cloud/Salesforce Flows/Apex basics/Validation rules/Profiles and permission sets/Salesforce security model; Experience with tools like Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, Provar, Postman; Experience leveraging AI to generate test cases, identify edge cases, analyze test results, and accelerate root cause analysis to improve test design, automation development, and defect analysis.
