Senior Recruiter - GTM (Contract)

We are looking for an exceptional Senior GTM Recruiter to join our talent team. You’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams and shaping Garner’s growth by hiring exceptional talent across departments such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing & more. You will be working cross functionally with Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other leaders throughout the business to bring top talent into our organization as we scale at a rapid pace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting people to purpose-driven work, and is excited about building alongside a mission-driven team. You will report into the Head of Talent for this role.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions; Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers—building hiring plans, crafting job descriptions, and guiding interview processes.; Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach.; Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer.; Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics—driving improvements through insights.; Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy; Proven success sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across a variety of business functions; Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills; A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
