The WD University (Early Career) Recruitment team is hiring a Senior Recruiter focused on hiring early career talent.

As a Senior University Recruiter, you will partner with both hiring managers and our core university partners to support university recruitment experience.

Recruitment

You will be a key partner to help identify and hire university talent as a brand ambassador for Western Digital. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Full life-cycle recruitment for new college graduates and interns across multiple functions, including: building the talent pipeline, interviews, and offers
- Developing strong university partnerships to proactively build a pipeline of new college grads and interns for existing and future needs of the organization
- Promoting our Western Digital brand throughout the recruitment cycle
- Communicate fearlessly to build trust; you will bring a strong perspective that inspires and motivates hiring partners and candidates
- Collaborate amongst teammates and cross functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles
- Support recruitment programs which help define and provide a comprehensive university experience
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to define an all-encompassing candidate experience
- Developing presentations and reports

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated relevant experience - previous experience in university/campus recruiting preferred; Creative, self-motivated, self-learner with superior teamwork skills; Keen attention to detail; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work on the resolution of any issue and to interact with various interdepartmental engineering and support organizations; Demonstrated project driving skills, capable of managing projects with set milestones and timeline; Ability to execute with minimal supervision; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
